  • In the “Product” field, please identify Product model number and tool name that warranty service is requested for. (Example: “BN1839 Drywall Sander” or “HB-16W Rebar Bender”)
  • To assist us processing your request, please upload a copy of the original purchase invoice in the field below; -OR- email a scanned copy of the original purchase invoice to mail@bnproducts.com, or Fax to (928) 684-7041; Attention: Warranty Request; Please include your Name, Company Name, and Product as entered on this form.

      A clear, scanned copy of the purchase order, or an electronic copy of the original invoice is required to process a claim without delay (PDF preferred).
